For the occasion of the 2023 Copper Canyon Press launch of Heather McHugh’s new poetry book, Shamriz created a film with five poems – On Parole, By Your Leave, Fast Fix, Past Hymn, Maybe It’s Now, and composed music for McHugh’s reading of them.
